Registration Forms

Thank you for considering Clarence Center Child Care & Preschool for the care of your child/ren. If you wish to register your child, we recommend that you proceed as directed:

-Make an appointment with our Director or Owner to visit us for a personal tour of our facility.

-Set up appointment to visit our facility and meet the staff with your child.

-Please be sure to visit a few centers before making your decision.

-Complete and submit the age appropriate Registration Application for either the Day Care or Preschool.

-Complete all necessary paperwork that will be provided in your parent policy packet and submit to Center.

-Check our Special Online Offer below, for first time families only, which may apply to your registration.

-Pay the Yearly Registration Fee: The registration fee is $50.00 payable at the time you submit your Registration Application. For the summer session only, registration is $25.00 for July & August. This fee is non-refundable unless we cannot provide space.

-Security Deposit: Remit fee of one week’s care which will cover your first week’s tuition. Non-refundable unless we cannot provide space for your child at either Center.
